REAA Code of Conduct.
9.14A licensee must not act in a capacity that would attract more than 1 commission in the same transaction.
9.15A licensee must not engage in business or professional activity other than real estate agency work where the business or activity would, or could reasonably be expected to, compromise the discharge of the licensee’s obligations.
PQ Property IntelligenceLimited, and its employees and contractors will not enter into any advisory work where there could be a conflict of interest with the sale of the property. If advisory work has taken place and there appears to be, or is a conflict of interest in selling the property through that work, we will notify the client of this in writing and give the client the opportunity to seek the services of another agency for the marketing and sale of the property. All advisory work is solely for the benefit of optimising a proposition for sale. To avoid a conflict of interest we do not give advice on legal agreements such as an agency agreement, lease agreement of a sales and purchase agreement. In all cases we will only act for the vendor (Unless we are dealing with a buyers agency in which case we will solely act for the purchaser). In all cases it is highly recommended to get (secondary) independent (legal) advice.
