As a private residence, there is room for extended family and guests, weekend parties, and exploring all Hawke's Bay has to offer. Greenhill offers flexible and varying accommodation -  there are currently 3 suites and 2 en-suite bedrooms all beautifully appointed and a more private "rustic" option of the 2 bedroomed cottage with its private outdoor bath with magnificent rural views. The primary building offers a range of high quality amenities including a drawing room, dining room and billiard room all with sumptuously decorated ceilings and panelling. These areas lead to a range of outdoor spaces including the deep north facing veranda, rear sheltered courtyard and the manicured gardens beyond. 

The highlight of the property has to be the centrally positioned, turret tower - a star-gazers paradise or a place to sit and dream over the undulating views. The grounds include a range of water features along with a magnificent swimming pool and many historic trees.
